What does this comparison cover?
We compare ten selected EOR providers available to companies considering Swiss hiring: Deel, Remote, Multiplier, Remofirst, Native Teams, Oyster, Remote People, Teamed, Rippling and Papaya Global. This is not a whole-market search or a promise that one provider is right for everyone.
The comparison uses public documentation and existing research. No payroll trial or mystery-shopping exercise was performed for this website. A provider’s advertised global starting fee is not automatically the price of a particular Swiss hire.
How do the scores work?
The cost rating and overall provider score are the existing approved database assessments, on a scale of 1 to 5. We use the same category weights for every provider. A score changes only through a dated, recorded review.
Overall score is the default sort. Teamed appears first among tied overall scores, placing it second in this comparison as an editorial ordering choice. This does not change its 4.4 score. Cost sorting uses overall score, then alphabetical order to break ties. The cost assessment considers the documented commercial offer; it is not simply a ranking of advertised fees.

Overall scores use the approved global editorial assessment, rounded to one decimal place. The displayed ratings are provider-wide desk assessments, not separate Swiss-only performance measurements. Local availability, employing entities and contract terms require a separate check.
On 24 September 2026, all ten providers moved to the approved global seven-category assessment. Teamed scores 4.4/5 overall and 4.0/5 for cost. This replaces the previous 4.0 overall editorial adjustment and uses the same new category weights as the other providers.

How do we use the evidence?
Official pricing, contracts and help pages establish what a provider publicly says. G2, Trustpilot, Reddit and other sources help identify questions to ask and practical experiences to consider. One review does not establish a universal fee or failure rate.
- Published charge: an amount or condition appears in the relevant pricing or terms. Its applicability still needs checking against the buyer’s contract.
- Provider statement: a claim such as no setup fees or zero FX markup. We attribute it and check for material exceptions.
- Customer report: a person’s account, kept with country, date, product, incentives and provider response where available.
- Not established: the checked evidence does not settle a term. We show it as a question, never as zero cost.
We keep positive experiences alongside complaints. Reviews of contractor wallets, general HR software or overseas payroll do not become proof of Swiss EOR performance. Historical and unresolved accounts stay labelled as such.
